In case of No-Show, no amount will be refunded to the User

Superfleet Mobility Car Rental Company prohibits the transportation of pets, goods, or any items that may damage the vehicle’s upholstery or exterior. In the event of such misuse, the user will be responsible for the actual costs associated with repairing or cleaning the vehicle’s interior or exterior.
Replacement Car
Superfleet Mobility Car Rental Company will offer a replacement vehicle within city limits (subject to availability of a similar segment) in case of mechanical issues that prevent the user from using the vehicle. However, if the vehicle experiences such issues outside city limits, no replacement vehicle will be provided, and the agreed rental amount will be charged. The company’s decision regarding replacement vehicles is final.
For Chauffeur driven cars, fuel is inclusive of the selected rental package

Cancellation or Modification
Reservations need to be canceled or modified through email to the official email ID

Extra Time
Extra Hours will be applicable over the basic package selected by the renter.

Parking & Tolls
Customers are responsible for covering parking and toll charges. Additional usage will incur charges for extra hours and/or extra kilometers.
